dB value multiplied by ten, in 0.1 dB increments, to 
raise or lower a group fader (for example,  
100 = 10 dB)

0 = clear or none (default for Telnet connections)

2 = prioritizes the lowest numbered active input

0 = all outputs are unmuted

1 = program volume
