Cleaner won't run

 1. Power cord not firmly plugged

 1. Plug unit in firmly.

 into outlet.

 2. Motor protector tripped.

 2. Cool down and press

    the RESET BUTTON ( See 2 page)

 3. Need service.

 3. Take to service center

     or call XXXX-XXXX.

  No power at rotating the AGITATOR  1. Cleaner is not the upright using stat 1. Press the RELEASE PEDAL and

     Handle is angled. ( See 4 page )

 2. Brush Switch is OFF

 2. Make sure Brush Switch is in ON.

 3. Aigtator is stalled with cloth or etc.  3. Remove it.

 4. Belt is broken or off motor pully.

 4. Replace the new belt 

     or correct belt securing.

     ( See 8 page )

 Cleaner or Tool won't pick up dirt.

 1. Incorrect Height Adjustment.

 1. Rotate Height Adjustment Lever

     to correct height setting.

     ( See 5 page )

 2. Hose not attached to suction 

 2. Grasp hose tube and firmly push

     opening.

     onto base.

 3. Crack or hole in Hose

 3. Take to service center

     or call XXXX-XXXX.

 4. Dust Cup is full

 4. Empty Dust Cup ( See 6 page )

     If wash it, after dried well,

      re-insert it. 

 Warning : Inner Filter not washable.

 5. Inner Filter is cocked.

 5. Clean it or replace new.

     ( See 7 page )

 Warning : Inner Filter not washable.

 Cleaner is difficult to push

 1. Incorrect Height Adjustment

 1. Rotate Height Adjustment Lever

     to correct height setting.

 Visible dust escaping from cleaner.

 1. Dust Cup is full.

 1. Empty Dust Cup ( See 6 page )

    If wash it, after dried well, replace it

 Warning : Inner Filter not washable.

 2. Filter missing or installed incorrectly 2. Check Inner Filter & Exhaust Filter

     for correct installation

 3. Dust Cup installed incorrectly

 3. Pull out and re-insert Dsut Cup

     correctly.
