In the
Web Filter Home
screen, click
Commtouch Report or BlueCoat Report
.

Select items under
Global Reports
to view the corresponding reports.

Select a time period in the
Date Range
field, either
Allowed
or
Blocked
in the
Action Taken
field
and a category (or enter the user name if you want to view single user reports) and click
Run
Report
. The screens vary according to the report type you selected in the
Report Home
screen.
