Âîïðåêè îáùåèçâåñòíîìó ìíåíèþ ïîìíèòå, ÷òî
ïðèãîòîâëåííûå ïðîäóêòû ìîæíî õðàíèòü ìåíüøåå
âðåìÿ, ÷åì ñâåæèå.
Íå ñòàâüòå â ìîðîçèëüíèê æèäêîñòè â åìêîñòÿõ áåç
êðûøêè âî èçáåæàíèå ïîâûøåíèÿ âëàæíîñòè - ÷òî âåäåò ê
ïîâûøåíèþ òåìïåðàòóðû.

Äàííûé ðåæèì îáåñïå÷èâàåò
íåïðåðûâíóþ ðàáîòó êîìïðåññîðà äî äîñòèæåíèÿ íèçêèõ
òåìïåðàòóð, íåîáõîäèìûõ äëÿ áûñòðîãî çàìîðàæèâàíèÿ
ïðîäóêòîâ. Ïîñëå çàìîðîçêè ïðîäóêòîâ ïðèáîð ñëåäóåò
ïåðåâåñòè íà íîðìàëüíûé ðåæèì ðàáîòû.
Äëÿ çàìîðàæèâàíèÿ íåáîëüøîãî êîëè÷åñòâà ñâåæèõ
ïðîäóêòîâ (íå áîëåå ïîëîâèíû îò ìàêñèìàëüíîãî,
óêàçàííîãî íà òàáëè÷êå-ïàñïîðòå âíóòðè Âàøåãî

óñòàíîâëåííîé ðó÷êîé òåðìîðåãóëÿòîðà.
Ìû ðåêîìåíäóåì óñòàíàâëèâàòü òåðìîðåãóëÿòîð â
ñðåäíåå ïîëîæåíèå.
Ñ öåëüþ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ íàèëó÷øèõ óñëîâèé õðàíåíèÿ
ïðîäóêòîâ ñëåäóéòå íèæåèçëîæåííûì ðåêîìåíäàöèÿì-
ïðè íåïðàâèëüíîì õðàíåíèè äàæå ñàìûå ñâåæèå
ïðîäóêòû áûñòðî èñïîðòÿòñÿ.
Ïðîäóêòû, ïðåäíàçíà÷åííûå äëÿ çàìîðàæèâàíèÿ è
õðàíåíèÿ â ìîðîçèëüíèêå, ñëåäóåò òùàòåëüíî
óïàêîâàòü, âî èçáåæàíèå îáðàçîâàíèÿ èçëèøíåãî èíåÿ.
1. Ïðîäóêòû, ÷àñòè÷íî ðàçìîðîæåííûå, íå ñëåäóåò
ðàçìîðàæèâàòü îêîí÷àòåëüíî: èñïîëüçóéòå èõ äëÿ
ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ áëþä, êîòîðûå ñëåäóåò óïîòðåáèòü â
òå÷åíèå 24 ÷àñîâ, ëèáî çàìîðîçüòå ïîâòîðíî.
2. Ïðåäïî÷òèòåëüíî, ÷òîáû ïðîäóêòû, ðàçìåùåííûå
âíóòðè ìîðîçèëüíèêà, íå ñîïðèêàñàëèñü ñ çàäíåé è
áîêîâûìè ñòåíêàìè.
3. Äëÿ ïðàâèëüíîãî õðàíåíèÿ è ëåãêîñòè ïîñëåäóþùåãî
ðàçìîðàæèâàíèÿ ðàçìåùàéòå ïðîäóêòû íåáîëüøèìè
ïîðöèÿìè.
4. Íå ïîìåùàéòå â ìîðîçèëüíèê íà äëèòåëüíîå âðåìÿ
ïîëíûå ñòåêëÿííûå åìêîñòè ñ çàìåðçàþùèìè
æèäêîñòÿìè, îñîáåííî åñëè â íèõ íàõîäÿòñÿ ïëîòíî
çàêóïîðåííûå øèïó÷èå èëè ãàçèðîâàííûå íàïèòêè.
Æèäêîñòü, êðèñòàëëèçóÿñü, ìîæåò ðàçðóøèòü åìêîñòü.
