OPERATION

Before Using

:

When using for the first time, wash container, measuring cup, cover and 
blade with

warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

. Place base on a dry level surface.

. Be sure OFF button is depressed. Plug the cord into an A.C. wall outlet.

 Place jar container onto base by locking it into position. Turn counter-

clock

wise to lock, and clock-wise to unlock. **

**Make sure to turn the jar container completely into place to activate the 
safety

switch located on the back of the machine or else the motor will not 

operate.
The machine will not operate without the jar container in place.

4.

 Add ingredients to container as directed by your recipe.

5.

 Place cover with measuring cup on container. Remember: Always hold 

cover in

place during processing.

6.

 For general use: Align tabs on measuring cup with matches in cover hole 

and

insert cup into hole.

To use as a measuring cup: Turn measuring cup upside down and insert the 
bottom

of the cap into the cover hole. Liquid ingredients will be poured into 

the cup as

directed by the recipe.

WARNING:

1. If motor is burning or jamming or smoking, pull the plug right away out of 
the

socket.

2. When maintenance, the plug has to be out of the socket.
3. Wash the blade, cup cover or stirring cup under the tap.
4. Use wet cloth to clean the motor enclosure.
