Installation on the harness

The EXO must always be connected to the harness attachment 

point.

An extended attachment point allows the OK TRIACT BAR to be 

permanently connected to the harness with the bag attached at the 

side. 

Pay attention to the orientation of the OK TRIACT BAR in the 

attachment point because this determines the correct position of the 

descender during evacuation (see drawing). Make sure the gate is 

correctly closed and locked.

Only a few examples are shown. 

You must learn how to make an 

anchor during your training. 

Anchor the rope to a solid fixed 

anchor using the rope end 

connector (10 kN). 

WARNING DANGER OF 

DEATH: your rope must not be 

in contact with an edge that is 

sharp or abrasive or having a 

high temperature. 

WARNING, the rope end 

connector must not be loaded 

over an edge (for example on a 

beam), because its strength will 

be reduced.
