Control voltage via Euro AV cable
The control voltage of the video recorder
causes the TV set to switch over to the display
of the signal. Therefore, at the start of play it
appears immediately on the TV set. If you
rewind or fast forward, the station received by
your video recorder will be displayed on the
screen of your TV set. In this case, you cannot
switch to another station on your TV set.
If your TV set has Digital Link Plus you may be
able to dispense with the control voltage, as
the TV set switches over without control
voltage when the video is playing.
If you have connected your video recorder to
the TV set without Digital Link Plus or a
comparable system and de-activated the
control voltage, you must select the AV
programme on the TV set when playing. This
differs from set to set; refer to the operating
instructions of your TV set.
