During operation use only the pusher (1).
Note:
- For better meat processing slice it in cubes
or stripes. Defrost frozen meat thoroughly.
- During the operation use only the pusher
supplied with the unit; do not use any other
objects, do not push the meat with your fin-
gers.
8.
After you finish operating, switch the meat
mincer off, setting the switch (6) to the «0»
position and unplug the unit; only after that
you can disassemble the unit.
9.
To remove the mincer head, press the locking
button (4), turn the mincer head (3) clockwise
and remove it.
10.
To disassemble the mincer head, unscrew
the nut (13) and take out the grate (10, 11 or
12), the blade (9) and the screw (8) from the
mincer head.
Sausage filling
1.
Prepare minced meat.
2.
Insert the screw (8) into the mincer head
body (3), install the crossed blade (9), select
the required grate (12 for fine grate) and set it
above the blade by matching the grate ledges
with the grooves on the mincer head body
(3), install the attachment for sausage filling
(16) and slightly tighten the nut (13).
3.
Install the assembled mincer head by turning
it counterclockwise until bumping and tighten
the nut (13) completely.
4.
Install the food tray (2).
5.
Place the minced meat on the food tray (2).
6.
Use natural casing for sausages, putting it
firstly into a bowl with warm water for 10
minutes.
7.
Thread softened casing on the attachment
(16) and make a knot on the tip.
8.
Insert the power plug into the socket.
9.
Switch the unit on by setting the switch (6) to
the “ON” position, the switch (7) should be in
the «
» position.
10.
Use the pusher (1) to pull down the minced
meat, according to the casing filling, move it
away from the attachment (16), as the casing
dries, wet it.
11.
After you finish operating, switch the meat
mincer off by setting the switch (6) to the «0»
position and unplug the unit; only after that
you can disassemble the unit.
12.
To remove the mincer head, press the locking
button (4), turn the mincer head clockwise
and remove it.
13.
Unscrew the nut and disassemble the mincer
head.
Using “kebbe” attachments
Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked
from the lamb meat, wheat flour and spices
which are cut together to get a base for cooking
of rolls. Rolls are filled and fried deep.
You can make different delicacies out of fillings
for rolls.
1.
Prepare the base for the casing.
2.
Insert the screw (8) into the mincer head
body (3), install the “kebbe” attachments
(14, 15) on the screw (8), make sure that the
attachment (14) ledges match the grooves on
the mincer head body (3) and slightly tighten
the nut (13).
3.
Install the assembled mincer head by turning
it counterclockwise until bumping and tighten
the nut (13) completely.
4.
Install the food tray (2).
5.
Place the prepared base for casing on the
food tray (2).
6.
Insert the power plug into the socket.
7.
Switch the unit on, setting the switch (6) to
the “ON” position, the switch (7) should be in
the «
» position.
8.
Use the pusher (1) to supply the base for
casing.
9.
Cut the rolls of the required length.
10.
After you finish operating, switch the meat
mincer off by setting the switch (6) to the «0»
position and unplug the unit; only after that
you can disassemble the unit.
11.
To remove the mincer head, press the locking
button (4), turn the mincer head (3) clockwise
and remove it.
12.
Unscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the
mincer head.
