4. Due to the special plates’ construction, residual heat will remain after switching
off the appliance. This may be used to keep food warm after cooking or in case
of long cooking times you may wish to switch off the heating plates 5–10 minutes
before the end of the cooking process. This way you will be able to save up to
20% of electrical energy.

Cleaning and maintenance
1. Unplug the appliance and wait until it cools down before cleaning.
2. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth with dishwashing liquid.
3. Use a soft damp cloth to clean dirty heating plates, and to remove burnt food
from the plates.
NOTE: Do not clean the appliance with any abrasive scouring pads or steel
wool as this will damage the finish.
Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
Ecology – Environment protection
Each user can protect the natural environment. It is neither difficult nor expensive.
In order to do it: put the cardboard packing into recycling paper
container; put the polyethylene (PE) bags into container for plastic.
When worn out, dispose the appliance to particular disposal centre,
because of the dangerous elements of this appliance, which can be
hazardous for natural environment.
Do not dispose into the domestic waste disposal!!!
