USER INSTRUCTIONS:
•
Remove the machine from its box and make sure all packing parts have been taken off (including the
protection bags).
•
Lay the machine on a flat and steady surface far away from heat sources and from the water taps.
Before using the machine please check:
•
that the voltage corresponds to the voltage required as stated on the technical datas label, on the
bottom of the machine.
•
that the machine has been plugged in and the switch (6) is on. The confirmation that the switch is on is
that the red led of the switch is on.
•
that the beans bowl (1) contains coffee beans.
Starting the machine:
1.
Press the grinding switch (4) with the filterholder in order to start the grinding and obtain the freshly
ground coffee directly in the filterholder. Release the switch and verify the grinding and the quantity of
the ground coffee.

In order to regulate the grinding rotate the grinding knob slightly (2) clockwise (to the right) to obtain a
fine grinding, anti-clockwise (to the left) to obtain a gross grinding. The regulation of the grinding is
micrometric.

Stop rotating it once you found the desired grinding degree

If the grinding is correct, regulate the quantity of the coffee by turning the screw (7). This way you
regulate the time of grinding. By turning it anti-clockwise, you increase the quantity (increase the
time); on the contrary by turning it clockwise, you diminish the quantity (decrease the time). The
grinding time can go from 2 to 20 seconds.

Set the grinding quantity for 1 shot (7 gr) or for 2 shots according to your needs

For the future you’ll just need to press the switch (4) with the filter-holder in order to obtain the pre-
programmed quantity of coffee, ground at the chosen grinding degree. If you’ve set the grinding for 1
shot (7 gr) and you want to grind for 2 shots (7 gr), please wait until the grinding is over and then
press the grinding switch (4) a second time with the filterholder.
ROUTINE MAINTANCE AND PRECAUTIONS:

The grinding degree is the most important thing in order to obtain a creamy coffee. This degree changes
according to the coffee blend.

Please replace, once worn out, the conical mills.

In order to change the conic mills, please contact an authorised service center.

Do not put the machine under water.
