Tray Settings
Purpose:
To specify the paper types and sizes, and the tray priority for the MPF, tray1, and the optional 550-sheet feeder
respectively.
Values:
Reset Defaults
Initializes the system parameters.
Initialize Print Meter
Click
Initialize Print Meter
to initialize the Print
Meter.
Non-Dell Toner On
Enables the use of another manufacturer's toner
cartridge.
Off
Disables the use of another manufacturer's toner
cartridge.
Adjust Altitude
0 meter
Sets the altitude of the location where the printer
is installed.
1000 meters
2000 meters
3000 meters
Apply New Settings
After you change the settings, click this button to
apply the changes.
Restart printer to apply new settings
Click this button to apply the changes.
Tray Settings MPF Mode
Panel Specified
Sets whether the paper size and paper type for the
MPF are specified from the printer driver or the
operator panel.

Displays a popup message that prompts the user to
set Paper Type and Paper Size when the paper is
loaded in the MPF.
