FIELD DESCRIPTION
ZyNOS F/W
Version
Refers to the ZyNOS (ZyXEL Network Operating System) system firmware version.
ZyNOS is a registered trademark of ZyXEL Communications Corporation.
Ethernet Address
Refers to the Ethernet MAC (Media Access Control) address of your ZyWALL.
IP Address
This is the IP address of the ZyWALL in dotted decimal notation.
IP Mask
This shows the IP mask of the ZyWALL.
DHCP
This field shows the DHCP setting of the ZyWALL.
When finished viewing, press [ESC] or [ENTER] to exit.
32.3.2 Console Port Speed
You can change the speed of the console port through
Menu 24.2.2 – Console Port Speed
. Your ZyWALL
supports 9600 (default), 19200, 38400, 57600, and 115200 bps for the console port. Press
[SPACE BAR]
and then
[ENTER]
to select the desired speed in menu 24.2.2, as shown next.

32.4 Log and Trace
The ZyWALL has a UNIX syslog facility for message logging, and a trace function for viewing call-
triggering packets.
