 Digital Zoom

Enlarge the center of the screen and takes 
photographs with the focal distance increased by 
factor of 4.0.

[ON]:

Enable digital zoom photography (default).

[OFF]:

Disable digital zoom photography.

 Preview

Set to display a photographed image on the LCD 
monitor immediately after you have taken the shot.

[ON]:

Enable display preview (default).

[OFF]:

Disable display preview.

 Note

• 

A photographed image is displayed on the LCD monitor for 2 seconds.

• 

When preview is set to “OFF”, voice memo setting is also fixed to “OFF”.

 LCD Brightness

Adjust the brightness of the LCD monitor. By 
selecting LCD Bright. of menu, and press the

 SET

button, the LCD control mode is displayed.
Press  

button to darken the LCD monitor, or 

button to lighten the LCD monitor. 
The LCD monitorís adjustment range is within -5 to 
+5. The default value is 0.

 Date Print

The date of recording can be printed directly on the 
still images. This function must be activated before 
the image is taken.

[ON]:

Imprints the date on the still images when 
taking pictures.

[OFF]:

Does not imprint the date on the still images 
when taking pictures.
