Setting a still image format
In the [Shooting] menu, the still image format, size, and aspect ratio can be
selected in [Still Image Format].

• When the aspect ratio is set to [3:2] or [1:1], black bands may appear at the lower side or right and left
sides of the picture display.
• In the [Key Custom Options] menu, [Image Size] and [Aspect Ratio] can be registered to use in [ADJ.
Lever Setting] or [Set Fn Button]. (

to [ADJ. Lever Setting 2], and [Aspect Ratio] is registered to [ADJ. Lever Setting 3].
In the [Key Custom Options] menu, if [JPEG

RAW] and [JPEG

the file format can be switched using a button only.
• In the [Shooting] menu, if [Crop to 35 mm] is set to [On], the normal 28mm angle of view will change
to 35mm, and the screen display will also change. In this case,

cannot be selected, and RAW
files will be recorded as

. In the [Key Custom Options] menu if [Crop to 35 mm] is set in [Set Fn
Button], 28mm/35mm can be switched using a button only. (

• In the [Playback] menu, RAW files can be manipulated in [RAW Development] or using the included
software: SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0 LE for PENTAX RICOH IMAGING. (
• The following functions will not be reflected in RAW files. In the [Playback] menu, [Effect] and [Dy-
namic Range Correction] can be converted to JPEG format to reflect effects in [RAW Development].
