Tip: If you highlight users directly, their names appear in the Selected Users
field of the Select Users window.

Or, to locate one or more users who meet some specific criteria, click
Find
> Users
, and in the Find User entries window, select
Find all that match
.
Tip: The Find all available option is not recommended if you have a large user
population. It is best to narrow down your search results by supplying search
criteria with the Find all that match option.

When you have chosen the search criteria, click
Find
.

In the Select Users window, click the
Add
button to move the users to the
Selected Users
list, then click
Next
.

In the Choose Roles window, select one or more roles to assign to these
users from the
Available Roles
list and click
Add
to place them in the
Roles
to Assign
list.
