Temporarily disabling use
restrictions
Use restrictions can be temporarily
disabled. The use restrictions set for the
Job Account ID for printing jobs from a PC
are also disabled.

Check that the printer power is ON.

Start the server software.

Click the [Policy] menu > [Disable
Policy].

Select the printer whose use restrictions
you temporarily want to disable, and
click [Add]. Printers that can have use
restrictions temporarily disabled are
displayed in the [Selected Printer] list. To
temporarily disable use restrictions for all
of the printers, click [Add All]. To exclude
printers from having use restrictions
temporarily disabled, select the printer in
the displayed [Selected Printer] list, and
click [Delete].

Click [Apply].

When the administrator password window
is displayed, enter the administrator
password and click [OK].
