Pancake batter
500 ml milk,
350 g flour,
3 eggs
Put all the ingredients in the container and mix.

After 15 s. stop the appliance and take the flour from
the sides of the container.

Apple-celery cold
soup
2 small onions,
1 medium sized
celery,
3 green apples,
4 spoons frying
margarine,
2 bouillon cubes,
½ nutmeg,
salt, pepper
Peel onion, chop and sauté in margarine until
●
transparent.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 l water.
●
Peel and wash celery. Grate celery using the slicing
●
disc with large holes (we recommend using the food
processor with the shredding disc).
Wash and peel apples, discard cores and grind
●
(as above).
Put apples and celery into the transparent onion and
●
cook for several minutes.
Add minced nutmeg, pour ½ stew and cook for about
●
20 minutes.
Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
●
After mixing, press through a sieve. If the soup is too
●
thick add the rest of the stock and water.
Boil once more and cool.
●
Serve cold.

Cream of fish
soup
4 smoked fish fillets
(e.g. trout, mackerel),
1 cup cream,
1 onion,
3 cups stock,
2 yolks, 1 spoon
butter,
juice of one lemon,
salt, pepper
Sauté onion in butter until transparent.

Mix fish with cream, yolks and seasoning.
●
Pour into pan, add stock and boil.
●
Serve sprinkled with dill.

Apple curry
3 apples, 1 box cream
cheese,
1 spoon curry,
1 teaspoon sugar, salt
Wash and peel apples, discard cores, cut into fours

and mix.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix (until smooth).
●
Serve with cold or grilled meat, vegetables (cut into
●
matchsticks or baked).

Broccoli
30 dkg broccoli,
1 cup mayonnaise,
2-3 garlic cloves,
salt, pepper
Rinse broccoli, cook until soft and drain on sieve.

Put broccoli, garlic and half of the mayonnaise in the

container and mix.
Add the remaining mayonnaise, salt and pepper and

mix for 5 seconds.

1 can sliced tomatoes,
½ cup mayonnaise
1 spoon chili and
sweet pepper
salt and pepper
Drain and mix tomatoes.

Add mayonnaise and seasoning, mix again.

Cucumber
(e.g. for fried
cauliflowers)
1 long cucumber,
2 spoons coarse salt,
½ cup black olives,
45 g anchovies,
juice of ½ lemon,
1 small red pepper,
2 spoons fresh basil
Peel cucumber, cut in half, remove pips and sprinkle

with salt.
After 5 min. rinse and dry the cucumber.

Rinse pepper, remove seeds and cut into smaller
●
pieces.
Put all the ingredients in the container and mix until
●
smooth.
