180 g anchovies,
360 g black olives,

Rinse anchovies to make them less salty.

Put anchovies, olives, capers and garlic into the

container and mix for 15 s.
Remove the larger pieces from the sides of the

container and mix again pouring olive oil through the
dispenser.
Add lemon juice and pepper and mix.

12 dag shelled
walnuts,
2 cups milk,
1 spoon sugar,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 spoon gelatin,
3 spoons stewed
cherries, stoned
Soak gelatin in a small amount of cold water, put into

a larger pot with boiling water and melt.
Put nuts into container and mix.

Add sugar, milk, cinnamon and mix.
●
Add melted gelatin and mix.
●
Pour into cups and leave to set.
●
Serve with cherries.

Semolina
mousse
½ l water,
4 heaped spoons of
semolina
30 g frozen
strawberries or
raspberries,
4 spoons sugar
Cook semolina in water.

Put fruits and sugar in the container and mix.
●
While blending, pour semolina through the dispenser.

Pour into bowls and leave to set.
●
Serve with whipped cream and with juice.

Coffee creams
500 g pot cheese,
8 spoons powdered
sugar,
8 teaspoons instant
coffee,
450 ml whipping
cream,
80 g dark chocolate,
50 g butter
Prepare 6 cups, line each with a square piece of

gauze so that the edges of the gauze stick out.
Put cheese, sugar and coffee into the container and
●
mix.
While mixing pour cream through the dispenser.

Fill the cups with cream (after filling knock each
●
cup on the table to spread the cream evenly and to
remove air bubbles).
Put in the freezer for about 1.5 h.

Before serving take out the creams and place them
●
on the plates by
turning each cup upside down.

Melt chocolate with 4 spoons of water and butter in
●
a pan.
Decorate the creams with chocolate sauce.

sponge fingers,

Soak gelatin in a small amount of cold water, put into

Put cheese, sugar and nuts in the container and mix.

Add melted gelatin, raisins, fruits and mix.

Transfer into a bowl, blend with whipped egg whites
●
(rinse the container before whipping egg whites in it).
Transfer into a tube pan rinsed with cold water and
●
put in the refrigerator to set.
Before serving immerse the pan for a couple of
●
seconds in boiling water, transfer on plate and
decorate with sponge fingers.
