the group, a map or floor plan and the SNMP community name.

To add a device to an existing Group

Click
Printers
from the main menu and
Printer Groups, Maps
from the drop
down menu view a list of groups already created
2.
Click
Edit
in the Edit Column of the group you wish to modify.
