delete address_binding ip_mac
Description
This command is used to delete an IMPB entry.
Format
delete address_binding ip_mac [all | ipaddress <ipaddr> mac_address <macaddr>] |
ipv6address <ipv6addr> mac_address <macaddr>
Parameters
all
- Specifies that all the MAC addresses will be used.
vlan_name
- Specifies the name of the VLAN that the MAC address belongs to.
<vlan_name>
- Enter the VLAN name used here.
mac_address
- Specifies the MAC address of the IMPB entry.
<macaddr>
- Enter the MAC address of the IMPB entry here.
ipv6address
- Specifies the IPv6 address of the IMPB entry.
<ipv6addr>
- Enter the IPv6 address of the IMPB entry here.
mac_address
- Specifies the MAC address of the IMPB entry.
<macaddr>
- Enter the MAC address of the IMPB entry here.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To delete an IMPB entry that binds the IP address 10.1.1.1.1 to the MAC address 00-00-00-00-00-
