delete mac_based_vlan
Description
This command is used to delete static MAC-based VLAN entries.
Format
delete mac_based_vlan {mac_address <macaddr> [vlan <vlan_name 32>| vlanid <vlanid 1-
4094>]}
Parameters
mac_address
- (Optional) Specifies the MAC address to be deleted.
<macaddr>
- Specifies the MAC address to be deleted.
vlan
- (Optional) Specifies the VLAN associated with the MAC address.
<vlan_name 32>
- Specifies the VLAN name. The maximum length is 32 characters.
vlanid
- (Optional) Specifies the VLAN ID associated with the MAC address.
<vlanid 1-4094>
- Specifies the VLAN ID between 1 and 4094.
Note:
If the MAC address and VLAN are not specified, all static entries associated
with the port will be removed.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To delete a static MAC-based VLAN entry:
DGS-3710-12C:admin#delete mac_based_vlan mac_address 00-00-00-00-00-01 vlan
default
Command: delete mac_based_vlan mac mac_address 00-00-00-00-00-01 vlan default
Success.

Description
This command is used to display the MAC-based VLAN entries.
