config mcast_filter_profile ipv6
Description
This command is used to add or delete a range of previously defined IPv6 multicast IP addresses
to or from the profile.
Format
config mcast_filter_profile ipv6 [profile_id <value 1-60> | profile_name <name 1-32> ]
{profile_name <name 1-32> | [add | delete] <mcastv6_address_list>}(1)
Parameters
profile_id
- Specifies the ID of the profile.
<value 1-60>
- The profile ID must be between 1 and 60.
profile_name
- Specifies the name of the profile.
<name 1-32>
- The profile name can be up to 32 characters long.
profile_name
–Specifies a new name of the profile.
<name 1-32>
- The profile name can be up to 32 characters long.
add
- Specifies to add a range of multicast IP addresses.
delete
- Specifies to delete a range of multicast IP addresses.
<mcastv6_address_list>
- List of the IPv6 multicast addresses to be added to or deleted
from the profile. Either specifiy a single IPv6 multicast IP address or a range of IPv6
multicast addresses using a hyphen.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To add the IPv6 multicast address range FF0E::100:0:0:20 – FF0E::100:0:0:22 to profile ID 3:

FF0E::100:0:0:20 – FF0E::100:0:0:22

delete mcast_filter_profile
Description
This command is used to delete a multicast address profile. If the IPv4 or IPv6 option is not
specified, IPv4 is implied.
